There’s nothing quite like a sunny day, fresh air, and the sound of a brand new lawnmower in action—and Trevor certainly agrees! We’re delighted to share that, thanks to the incredible generosity of Horsler Lift Services, our Growing Great Things gardening project has received a much-needed new mower.
Trevor was first in line to give it a run, and it didn’t take long to see the difference it’s already making. Our garden spaces are a key part of the project, supporting people to build confidence, learn practical skills, and improve their wellbeing through hands-on activities. Having the right equipment means we can keep the space well maintained, safe, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Growing Great Things is all about creating opportunities—helping individuals develop new skills while contributing to something meaningful. Donations like this don’t just provide tools; they help grow confidence, independence, and community spirit.
