This December, Aspire Ryde is once again opening its doors to children and young people for four days of completely free Food & Fun activities. Running across two venues – Aspire Soft Play in Ryde and the Aspire Creative Hubs in Ryde and Shanklin – the programme offers engaging, creative and supportive spaces for families during the winter holidays.
The sessions take place on:
- Monday 22nd & 29th December
- Tuesday 23rd & 30th December
Soft Play Christmas Sessions for Ages 4 – 11
At Aspire Soft Play, children from Reception to Year 6 who receive free school meals can enjoy a lively mix of activities including crafts, slime tutorials, glitter tattoos, face painting and lots of festive fun. Each session includes breakfast and a hot meal, and parents are asked to stay throughout.
Children not eligible for free school meals can still take part for £5 per session. Families can book through this link or by scanning the below QR code: Aspire Christmas Soft Play Food and Fun with Aspire · Eequ
Creative Hub Sessions in Ryde – Ages 11 – 17
For older young people, the Aspire Creative Hub in Ryde will be buzzing with music, creativity and festive activities. Across guitars, drums, keyboards, karaoke, loop stations and rehearsal rooms, participants can explore music in their own way – from jamming with friends to rehearsing with a band. There will also be photography, arts and crafts, board games and plenty of space to relax.
Each day runs from 11am to 3pm, with a hot meal served at midday.
