Our annual duck race is on Easter Saturday 4th April, it all happens on the river Medina at Shide, our thanks to Thompsons Trees for the parking. The ducks are launched from a privately owned bridge along the tow path at Shide. We have 1100 ducks (plastic) that will slowly float down the river this takes 20 mins sometime quicker, sometimes slower depending on the river flow!
We have an amazing ?100 for the first duck home plus lots of Easter hampers and Easter Eggs, kindly donated by Asda.
Our sponsor is Horsler Lift Services (the company that gives a duck) who will be there on the day to start the race.
